1. Manufacturing Warranty

Chaparral Carpets products are covered by a full replacement warranty as a result of failure in any raw material or manufacturing process for a period of 12 months from installation.*

 

* This warranty applies to all standard products and does not apply to any product sold as a special, seconds grade, non standard, used or short ends.

· This guarantee extends to all standard residential carpet products.

· Used in accordance with the classification its graded for. Product graded by an accredited grading body or internal grading scheme.

· Is installed in accordance with       AS/NZS2455.1 (1997).

· Maintained with regular vacuuming with a good upright vacuum with power brushes.

If after the carpet has been inspected and tested, the carpet pile surface has worn more than 15% from the installation date, the affected area will be replaced at the manufacturers expense.

All other claims will be met in accordance with the Abrasive Wear Guarantee Table.

This guarantee covers the replacement cost, including installation, of affected carpet only and does not cover;

· Carpet backings

· Matting caused by poor maintenance practices.

· Damage caused by accident or improper cleaning methods or agents.

· Damage caused from furniture.

· Carpets exposed to prolonged periods of sunlight.

· Improper installation methods.

· Carpet sold as seconds quality, non standard, used or short ends.
